How Much Freezer Space will I need?
If you are using a refrigerator freezer and are ordering for an entire month, you will need to clear out most of your items. The packaging we provide is designed to fit your meals and take up a minimal amount of space in your freezer so you should be able to fit 24 meals for a family of one to three in an average over-the-refrigerator freezer.

How should I defrost my food?
Never thaw any food on your counter top, this is very dangerous and can cause food-born illness. The best way to defrost your meals is overnight in your refrigerator. You can even take out two to three meals at a time to thaw under refrigeration. Two quick thaw methods are: defrost on a very low setting in your microwave (always start with less time than you would think and then continue adding minutes as needed). You can also thaw frozen food in COLD (never warm or hot) water. It is best to partially fill your sink with ice water and place your items in this bath. Make sure all meals are completely sealed before trying this - works best with meals packaged in Ziplocs.

East on HWY 520
Exit at SR 202.   Turn right onto Redmond/Fall City Rd (HWY 202).  Go through the light at 70th and take a left at the light on 180th (just past the Chalet Deli).  Take first right onto NE 68th and turn right into the parking lot.  We are in Suite A-115.

West on Redmond/Fall City Road
Turn right at the light on 180th (just before the Chalet Deli).  Take first right onto NE 68th and turn right into the parking lot.  We are in Suite A-115.
