Are the Menu Items Low-Fat?
We are very conscious of the amount of fat in our meals so each month at least 40% of menu is low fat (30% or less of calories from fat). But, there are certain foods that simply need butter, olive oil or cheese. We attempt to cut the fat where possible using a minimal amount of a blend of canola oil and Italian olive oil to brown or sauté our food. We mark the "lite/reduced fat" menu items with * to help you decide what to order. We also provide approximate fat content and calories for most of the menu items. How are the menus created?
Quality ingredients are the base but our recipes will keep you coming back. MOM Executive Chef, Darrell Reeds, and owner Kay Conley work together to design menus that are not only pleasing to the palate but also good for you. This dynamic team received professional culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and a variety of upscale restaurants. Their formal training and years of experience in the food industry assure that your mealtime will be a treat every night, month after month. Learn more about our staff and chefs.

Where can I find nutritional information?
We provide approximate nutritional information for each of our menu items. Just click on the underlined menu title for a detailed description as well as information on calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein and fiber. You can also print a copy of the nutritional information and ingredient list from the menu page.

Note: Most of our customers find that our portions are generous. If you are dieting, you may want to consume less than a full portion. Review our current menus.
